Boyer Calls on Faith Leaders to Push For Reparative Justice Task Force

WOODBURY – I pray you are all blessed. In November, Salvation and Social Justice stood with our United Black Agenda colleagues and the NJ Black Legislative Caucus to introduce legislation calling for a Reparative Justice Task Force.

This historic legislation calls for the study of how to repair the harms done to African-Americans in New Jersey through slavery and persistent systemic racism. You can see highlights of the press conference below and coverage here from NJ Spotlight.

We are asking faith leaders to sign on to this letter to legislative leadership to advance the legislation.
