Atlantic City NAACP Sponsors Pride With Purpose BBQ on July 1

ATLANTIC CITY – The Atlantic City NAACP LGBTQ+ Silver Linings Committee is sponsoring its Silver Linings Day in AC with a Pride With a Purpose BBQ at Pop Lloyd Stadium from noon to 7 p.m. on July 1.
The event serves to connect LGBTQ+ community with allies for QTBIPOC and other People of Color, organizers said.
The event will include a Pride flag raising, food, an open mic, entertainment, games and LGBTQ+ resources.
Supporters include the Atlantic City Fire Department, Atlantic City Police Department, City of Atlantic City, Atlantic City Pride, AtlantiCare and the Public Relations Council of Greater Atlantic City.
