5 Questions

1.FRNJ: What made you become a business owner?

Celeste Fernandez: I always wanted to have my own business and create my own and my family’s future, while I was able to serve others.

2. FRNJ: Why did you select your current field?

Celeste Fernandez: I have a passion for helping others and I love the concept of “doing good while doing well” through the multiservice side of the business, we are able to serve the Latino community and assist them in their own language. Our team offers translation, notary public, document production, tax preparation, bookkeeping, community outreach, public relations, business services, and many other services that the community wouldn’t receive under one roof and platform otherwise. In the other side is the insurance part where we help protect many families from the unexpected while helping them to create a better financial future.

3. FRNJ: What do you enjoy the most about being a business owner?

Celeste Fernandez: I enjoy creating my and my family’s own future, in my time. the freedom the opportunity to serve and help others, and to be able to give back to the community.

4. FRNJ: How important is it for you to have positive Hispanic role models in business?

Celeste Fernandez: It is not a secret that the Hispanic community has been underserved and underrepresented for too long, having role models in business to follow and trailblazers who create a way to a better life and a better future is paramount to the Hispanic community. The Hispanic or Latino community is the fastest-growing consumer community in the USA. Because of the role models to follow we can help to create a community of more educated consumers, business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors

5. FRNJ: Anything else would you like to add?

Celeste Fernandez: The small businesses are the motors that move our local economy, we have the chance to see them and appreciated them even more during the pandemic and while recuperating from it.  The Hispanic or Latino Community is comprised of diverse hard-working individuals with a lot to offer and have helped to build and strengthen our economy. Hundreds of Latino businesses continue to be formed and developed at a fast pace.  I congratulate those that have made the decision of starting their own business, creating their own economy, and leading the way to a better and brighter future.
