HAAC Looks to Host Hispanic Youth Leadership Summit

ATLATNIC CITY — The Hispanic Association of Atlantic County is looking for schools and youth to participate in the 2025 Hispanic Youth Leadership Summit that will be held on Friday, March 28 at Stockton University.
The annual Hispanic Youth Leadership Summit will host up to 120 Latino students and provide them opportunities to explore possible careers. Workshops will be held on a variety of topics to encourage youth to pursue higher education and become leaders in the community.
Stockton University of home to some of them most noteworthy Latino leaders in Atlantic County, including Irvin Moreno-Rodriguez, director of the Sara and Sam Schoffer Holocaust Resource Center, and Director of Admissions Heather Medina.

Education is one of the three pillars of the Hispanic Association of Atlantic County along with culture and advocacy. In the education pillar, the organization says it recognizes the importance of a high-quality education and is committed to helping youth in our community achieve their educational and professional dreams.
The youth summit is mentioned as one of the signature events HAAC has created for Latino youth in the area along with its annual scholarship fund. HAAC gives out scholarships annually to deserving students to assist them in their goal for higher education.
