CAMDEN – The Camden County East Branch NAACP will honor nine for vision, valor, and achievement at its annual Visionary Awards Banquet on Saturday, April 13, at 6:30 p.m. at the The Palace in Blackwood.
The awards this year will be presented to:
*Visionary Leader Awards: Melanie Burney – Award-winning
journalist Philadelphia Inquirer
*Dr. Sandra Strothers – President, Lawnside Education Foundation, Inc.
*Paula Watkins – Asst. Dean, Admissions; Rowan University School of Osteopathic

*Kathleen Echevarria-Medley – Community Activist/Entertainer
