ATLANTIC CITY — Four South Jersey Hispanic leaders were named to the list of Top Latinos in New Jersey by the Latino Spirit this month while two others were listed for an honorable mention.

The Latino Spirit, founded by Diego F. Maya, president of the United States Latino Affairs Initiative, was created to empower the Latino community with information, events and content that help build community.

The annual Top Latinos in New Jersey recognition goes to highlight some of the leaders in these communities.

Hispanic Leadership and Community

Honorees from South Jersey recognized this year include:

#12 Cristian Moreno-Rodriguez, co-founded of the nonprofit El Pueblo Unidos in Atlantic County.


22. Bianca Perez, businesswoman and social media influencer in Cumberland County

Honorable mentions included Mimi Nambo, of the City of Atlantic City and the Hispanic Leadership Association of New Jersey and Marla Jimenez of Rowan College of South Jersey Cumberland Campus.
