6ABC’s Nydia Han to Speak at Beyond Glass Ceiling Awards Ceremony

DEPTFORD — Nydia Han, the consumer investigative reporter at WPVI-TV in Philadelphia, will be the special featured speaker at the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Beyond the Glass Ceiling Awards Ceremony on March 6.
The 21st annual awards ceremony will be held at Adelphia, 1750 Clements Bridge Road, in Deptford. The organization will be celebrating outstanding women leaders throughout the South Jersey community at the affair.
Han is an Emmy Award winning consumer affairs journalist who has worked as a reporter at television stations around the country. She created the documentary series This is America.
Fluent in Korean, Han sits on the community advisory board for the Asian American Women’s Coalition and volunteers for numerous other groups. Passionate about cancer research, she is also spends her time mentoring aspiring young journalists.
Han received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and from a program at Yonsei University, in Seoul, South Korea.
