Gonzalez, who has led Bridgeton’s UEZ to a robust period of growth and activity over the past several years, has been recognized by the State of New Jersey and received the 30 Under 40 Top Latino Leaders of South Jersey honors from Front Runner New Jersey last month.

A transplant from Los Angeles, Gonzalez has taken here experience of working with the business community there to help organize small business owners in Downtown Bridgeton.

“I have great partners and have created these relationships over the last two years,” Gonzalez told Front Runner New Jersey.com for a story that was posted in April. “They are able to support themselves as well. We’ve had more companies come in and become UEZ members. We have more diversity as well.”
