Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City Names Aryiane Hill 2026 Youth of the Year

ATLANTIC CITY – Aryiane Hill, a senior at Atlantic City High School, captured the 2026 Youth of the Year Award from the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City and will not represent the region at the statewide contest next month, it was announced Friday.
Hill, a well-rounded student-athlete who plans to pursue law in college, will take part I the New Jersey Youth of the Year Reception & Award Ceremony on May 12 at Montclair State University.
The Youth of the Year program celebrates high school students who embody the mission of the Club and are on the path to great futures. Selected from a competitive field of inspiring teens, Hill stood out for leading with integrity, encouraging others to step into their potential, and consistently showing up to make a difference, club officials said.
“Aryiane represents everything the Youth of the Year honor stands for – resilience, integrity, and a profound commitment to lifting others,” said Tracey Triniwell, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City. “Her journey from quiet determination to confident leadership is truly inspiring. She is not only a role model within our Club, but a shining example of the extraordinary potential in Atlantic City’s young people.”
Once a shy student who struggled with confidence, Hill discovered her voice during the COVID-19 pandemic through community involvement and public speaking. What began as a personal challenge evolved into a deep and lasting commitment to leadership and service.
Along with athletics, Hill is involved in the arts, and civic engagement. She maintains strong academic standing as a member of the National Honor Society and serves as an Operations Officer in ROTC, where she mentors younger cadets.
At the Boys & Girls Club, she plays a key leadership role in the Keystone Club, helping organize community events and youth-focused service initiatives.
Hill’s dedication has earned her numerous recognitions and opportunities. She has been accepted to eight colleges, including Howard University, Tuskegee University, Morgan State University, and Stockton University.
She plans to attend Stockton University, where she will lay the groundwork for a career as a criminal defense attorney. She hopes one day to serve as a Supreme Court Justice or dedicate her life to educating and empowering young people, using her voice to inspire the next generation.
The Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City is a nonprofit organization that has been providing a safe and nurturing environment for the youth of Atlantic City for over 50 years.
