Cornerstone Community Church to host 2 holiday events

MILLVILLE – Cornerstone Community Church is hosting two holiday events – One in coming this week and the other next week.
Cornerstone will be holding its Community Thanksgiving Event at its facilities at 911 Church Street on Saturday, Nov. 17 from 3-6 p.m.
“The goal is to serve the community around us that may not have family or food to celebrate with,” the church said in a statement. “Every year we try to bless those around us so they might feel the love of Christ through us. We invite anyone in the area to come take part of this dinner. Cornerstone is here to serve others while we serve Christ.”
The general public is welcome to attend.
On Saturday, Dec. 8, from Noon-3 p.m. Cornerstone will start taking donations for its “Mommy & Me” Christmas program at the church.
The program celebrates single mothers and single mothers-to-be. There will be food, fun, raffle, prizes and Christmas toys handed out to the children. Everyone who fills the call is welcomed to particate.
