BRIDGETON — In one of the latest editions of “What’s Good,” host Isaiah Showwell takes us to Bridgeton High School during a practice session of the Cumberland County Youth Sports Organization, founded by Robbi Ford.

With the help of Zikea Wise-Hughes and Shantai Hollis, the CCYSO has grown in one year as young girls learn the ins and outs of track and field. Ford said she was inspired by her time running track and always needing to travel. Now, she wants to offer instructions in the javelin and running events.

Forget about the cold weather, the young girls are excited about the program and are looking forward to participating.
