WOODSTOWN – Second Baptist Church in Pedricktown and Morning Star Baptist in Woodstown, where two of five faith-based entities that received grants from Franklin Bank this month, officials said.

The grants were made available through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York’s Small Business Recovery Grant program. Recipients received between $2,500 to $10,000 to help challenges caused by inflation, supply chain and rising energy prices, said Feyza Kaymak, marketing coordinator with Franklin Bank.

Other churches receiving grants included the Revival Center of Woodbury and the Haven Church in Haddon Heights.
