HAAC’s 3 Kings Celebrate Set for Jan. 4

ATLANTIC CITY – The Hispanic Association of Atlantic County announced that its annual El Día de Los Reyes, Three Kings Day will be held Jan. 4 at Our Lady Star of the Sea School. gymnasium here from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sign up your children to get gifts from the 3 Kings.
The event brought together more than 700 families from around the Atlantic City area where children received free toys and gifts, and families’ valuable resources throughout the day.

The gym provided an appropriate gathering spot for people to enjoy live performances while distributing toys for children and clothing for those in need.
Also known as the Epiphany among adherents of Western Christianity (including the Latin Church and Western Protestantism), Three Kings Day commemorates the visit of the Biblical Magi to the location of Jesus’ birth. Chapter 2 of the Gospel of Matthew recounts the story of these figures, presenting them as being “from the East” and following a star to Jerusalem.
