Congressional Candidate Amy Kennedy Hosts Talk With SJ Latino Leaders Monday

As the years have gone by, the population of Latinos has expanded in New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District, and Latinos are continuing to contribute to the diversity of South Jersey with their rich traditions, culture, work ethnic and businesses, and professional skills.
Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 -October 15), Amy Kennedy, Democratic nominee for Congress, invites members of the Latino community to join her in a conversation focused on their needs, aspirations and issues of importance to them.

This conversation will feature an intimate conversation with Bert Lopez, Hispanic Community Leader and Advocate, Millville Mayor Michael Santiago, Wilfredo “Wil” Rojas, Hispanic Community Leader and Advocate, and Latino participants who join the conversation on Amy Kennedy’s Facebook page amykennedyforcongress.com, her Youtube website or Amy Kennedy’s Facebook page.
The conversation is scheduled for: Monday, Sept. 28, 2020 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Candidate Amy Kennedy will unpack her vision for a stronger and inclusive 2nd Congressional District and provide insight into her work on behalf of Latinos and others once she takes office.
We encourage all Latinos to spread the word about this event and get people to tune in. Participants will have the opportunity to listen and ask questions.
