BRIDGETON — Community advocates braved the rain Friday afternoon to call for peace and justice after a string of shootings in the Bridgeton took the lives of several young people, include the unsolved murder of Aaliyah Eubanks in March.
Eubanks’ mother Jennifer Williams-Crosell and her sister Mary Muhammad organized the March and rally. The emotional response, which was planned for weeks, comes days after three were killed at a house party in nearby Bridgeton.
Here are a few pictures from the rally. A full story will follow Friday evening.
