Millville Preps for First-Ever Hispanic Heritage Day Parade, Celebration for Sept. 26

MILLVILLE — Plans are underway for Millville to hold its first-ever Hispanic Heritage Day Parade and Celebration downtown on Sunday, Sept. 26 in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.

Ivelise “Eva” Perez told Front Runner New Jersey the event will recognize and commemorate the growing Latino Community in Millville and Cumberland County.

The event’s parade will take place at noon on High Street followed by a celebration at Captain Joseph Buck Waterfront Park that will last through 4 p.m. The celebration will be marked with food, live music, vendors and children’s events.
