In her free time, Ortiz had empowered and taught others at Praise in Action ministries, a school for the worship arts that she co-founded.

“We are proud to announce that Joceline Ortiz has been named Director of the PRAC HWRC,” Padilla said. “Joceline brings years of social service experience with a concentration on Latina Empowerment initiatives.”
