Games On The Go & KYMO Launch ‘Stuff the Trucks: Gifts & Kicks Holiday Hope Mission’

BRIDGETON – Games On The Go and KYMO (Keeping Young Minds Occupied) will be in two locations on Dec. 1 as they continue their Stuff the Trucks: Gifts and Kicks Holiday Hope Mission.
The organizations will be collecting toys and gifts for needy youth at the Bridgeton Walmart from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and the Bridgeton Auto Mall from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Auto Mall will also be a daily Drop-Off Location.
The organizations announced the objective last month, a “community-centered initiative dedicated to ensuring that every child receives a gift, a smile, and a fresh pair of shoes for the holiday season.”
They said that this year’s mission is presented in partnership with Hope Loft, Bridgeton Auto Mall (BAM), the Bridgeton Area Chamber of Commerce, H.E.A.R.T., the City of Bridgeton UEZ, the Urban Enterprise Zone Authority, Bridgeton Police Department, Cohanzick Zoo, and numerous community organizations working together to uplift South Jersey families.
Throughout December, the Games On The Go trucks and KYMO will travel across the South Jersey region collecting toys, sneakers, and gaming equipment. Other donation stops include:
• Cohanzick Zoo – Dec 8th, 12pm–5pm
• Bridgeton Police Department – Any Day Gift Donation Drop Offs
• Ocean Bank – Dec 15th, 10am–5pm
• UEZ Businesses – Dec 22nd, 10am–10pm
The organization said it is accepting: New, unwrapped toys • Video games • Used or new game controllers • Used or new gaming consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) • New sneakers (boxed or unboxed) Donations may be dropped off at any partner location now through Monday, December 22.
Distribution of the gifts will take place at Hope Loft, 40 E. Commerce Street, in Bridgeton from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23.
