ATLANTIC CITY – The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City announced this month a $50,000 donation to NAN Tech World Atlantic City, which introduces youth to industries like technology, healthcare, public service, the arts, and entrepreneurship.

NAN Tech World founder Rev. Steffie Bartley joined Hard Rock officials for the announcement. Bartley, who is based in Newark, is the Northeast regional director of the National Action Network.

“As we continue to celebrate our anniversary this summer, we proudly reflect on seven years of success, growth, and community connection,” Hard Rock Atlantic City President George Goldhoff, said in a statement posted in Casino Life Magazine, about the announcement.

Officials said the contribution will help expand year-round, paid employment opportunities for local youth ages 14–24, while also supporting the team leaders who mentor them.

“NAN Tech’s youth development program builds leadership, career readiness, and community impact by introducing participants to dynamic industries,” said a statement by Hard Rock Atlantic City on its LinkedIn page.
