Atlantic City Latino Festival Moves Forward With Sept. 25 Date

ATLANTIC CITY — Hispanic Heritage Month will kick off with the annual Atlantic City Latino Festival on Saturday Sept. 25.
Atlantic City will rebound from postponing its festival last year to hold their huge celebration at Bader Field from noon to 8 p.m. In 2019, more than 7,000 attended the festival.
“This music-filled festival will feature live Latin music including bachata, bomba, cumbia, folkloric dancers, mariachi, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hottest Latino DJs, performances, arts and crafts vendors, activities for both adults and children, a variety of authentic Latin-American food vendors and refreshments; free health and wellness screenings, as well as community support information booths; and much more,” Atlantic City Latino Festival organizers said.

The event, which is organized by the Hispanic Association of Atlantic County, express the diversity of all the countries that have contributed to the fabric of Atlantic City’s Hispanic community through dance, entertainment and food.
“The music is the soul of the festival and the heart is the beautiful faces of all of those who come to enjoy and relax at this family friendly event,” organizers said.
Other Atlantic City Latino Festival sponsors include the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), The City of Atlantic City in collaboration with AC Initiatives Project Office, Organización Azteca and the New Jersey State Department of Community Affairs.
